Participant Terms — DPL Registration

1. Eligibility Criteria
   Registration is open only to participants who are members of the Deewane Friends and Deewane Baramunda groups. Non-members are not eligible to register.
2. First-Come, First-Served Basis
   Registrations will be accepted strictly on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability of slots.
3. Registration Confirmation
   Submission of the registration form does not guarantee participation. Registration will be considered confirmed only after:
   • Verification of eligibility and submitted details
   • Receipt of full payment
   • Official confirmation from the DPL organizing committee
4. Right to Accept or Reject
   The organizers reserve the right to accept or reject any registration at their sole discretion.
5. Limited Slots
   Participation is subject to limited availability. Once all slots are filled, further registrations will not be accepted.
6. Communication of Confirmation
   Confirmation will be communicated through official channels (WhatsApp / phone).

Optional Sponsorship

As we are organizing this tournament on a grand scale, we invite interested players to contribute as sponsors with an amount convenient for them. Sponsorship contributions should be in multiples of ₹500.
